MISSION STATEMENT containing the goals to be achieved within a period of 3 to 5 years by this institute in view of the nation approaching 75th year after independence in 2022.

Located in the rural background, the school identifies and sets future goals for itself in consultation with all the stakeholders and based on their responses and frames the Mission Statement as under:

1. The meetings held with parents, teachers and students brought out that the students coming from villages lack in communicative skills which becomes an obstacle in getting jobs.

   Within 3 to 5 years, the school shall ensure that the communicative skills of all the students at all the levels shall be improved by providing language labs and conducting various activities such as presentations, viva, group discussions, debates and others.

2. It was felt by the teachers that the students coming from far-off villages need to learn maths, science and technology deeply so that they pass out with high competence to continue higher education or get jobs.

   To make the learning of maths and science and technology easy for the students, the school shall continuously upgrade the science labs and create the appropriate environment through visuals and experiments where teaching and learning of the subjects may become interesting motivating and participative.

3. The community members of the area felt that the school must make the students understand the problems related to the villages and surrounding and the solutions.

   The school shall endeavor to make students understand polity and societal problems and their solutions by conducting visits to the villages, holding meetings with local body representatives about problems and solutions.

4. After further discussions with teachers, students, parents and the community members, the school made commitment to bring qualitative improvement in learning outcome of all students at all levels within the period of 3 to 5 years and accordingly decides to have the Final Mission Statement as under:

   To prepare students in such a manner where they are able to develop communicative skills, learn maths, science and technology deeply and develops the sense of polity and understand societal problems and their solutions so as to ensure that they pass out with competence to continue either higher education or get suitable jobs and are fit to serve the families, the society and the nation with dignity.
